Payment and Approval

Upon placing an order, our team will process the payment and send an approval confirmation via email. Your parcel will be delivered securely by DHL Express and FedEx Express. You will receive a tracking ID via email, with delivery expected within 6 to 10 business days for locations in Australia, Europe, the USA and Canada. Deliveries to African and Asian countries may take between 8 to 12 business days. A confirmation receipt will be sent upon receipt of your order.

Reasons for Shipment Delays

Shipments may be delayed due to natural disasters or unforeseen events. Occasionally, our production department may reject a leather jacket to ensure only the highest quality items are sent. Our quality control team thoroughly inspects each jacket. Additionally, operational delays may occur as we accommodate amendments made through our portal after your order is placed.

We offer shipping services within the United States, UK, Canada, and Australia with no additional charges. For deliveries to Asian, African, and European countries, a minimum shipping fee may apply. Shipping Costs

We provide free shipping worldwide. However, for certain remote areas, a flat fee of $30 per parcel will apply, with delivery times ranging from 12 to 15 business days. The exact shipping fee, if applicable, will be displayed on the checkout page before you finalize your order. Free shipping is available for all other orders globally, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.
