Returns & Exchanges
- Size Issues: Report any size-related issues within 24 hours of receiving your item. Returns or exchanges for size issues reported after this period cannot be processed.
- Incorrect Size Selection: If the item matches the size specifications on our chart but does not fit due to incorrect size selection, we cannot offer a return or exchange.
- Store Error: If there is a sizing error on our part (e.g., the item does not match the size specifications), NYO Shopping will take full responsibility and provide an exchange. Please report this within 24 hours of receipt.
Order Cancellation
- Within 24 Hours: Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund.
- After 24 Hours: Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur a 25% deduction from the amount paid.
- Three Days After Verification: Orders cancelled three days after verification will incur a 35% deduction from the amount paid.
- Beyond One Week: Orders cancelled more than one week after confirmation will not be eligible for cancellation.
